Chris Connor, MD
Dr. Connor is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a sub-specialty in Pain Medicine.
He took on the role of Medical Director at Northeast Aesthetics in December 2023. He has a deep knowledge and expert skill set in the field of aesthetic medicine.
In his role at Northeast Aesthetics, Dr. Connor focuses on non-surgical cosmetic procedures, mastering techniques in both dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections. His goal is to offer personalized, meticulous care, ensuring each treatment aligns with the patient's specific aesthetic desires and goals.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University and his Osteopathic Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
His postgraduate training included a residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he excelled as Chief Resident and was recognized as Resident Teacher of the Year in 2015.
He further specialized by completing a prestigious fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.
Bailey McGloin, PA-C
Bailey joined Northeast Aesthetics in December 2023, bringing her expertise and passion for aesthetic medicine to the team.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Science from Pennsylvania State University, completed in 2013.
Bailey furthered her medical training by earning a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College in 2016.
At Northeast Aesthetics, Bailey specializes in neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, techniques she skillfully uses to enhance and rejuvenate her clients' appearances.
Her extensive training and keen aesthetic eye allow her to provide exceptional, personalized care, ensuring that each client's unique beauty goals are met.
Bailey is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), underscoring her commitment to adhering to the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
Caitlin Mesko, PA-C
Caitlin joined Northeast Aesthetics in December 2023 as a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in 2015 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2016, both from Marywood University. Caitlin is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Olivia Gentilezza, PA-C
Olivia joined Northeast Aesthetics in April 2025 and brings a unique blend of medical expertise and a genuine passion for aesthetics.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University in 2019 and went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in 2021. Olivia is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
She began her journey in aesthetic medicine in 2023 and has developed a strong focus on neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. She believes in enhancing each patient’s natural beauty through a subtle and balanced approach, helping clients feel refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.
